Shipping policy

At Arctic Luxe, every piece is made-to-order with care and attention. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

All Arctic Luxe products are handmade and made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

  • Please allow 1–3 weeks to process your order, depending on current order volumes and production schedules.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Store Pickup

We do not currently offer store pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Alaska.

Local Delivery

We do not offer local delivery at this time. All orders are shipped via our standard national shipping partners.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are shipped using USPS, typically 1–3 weeks after the order is placed, depending on the production schedule.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 10 business days (after shipment)

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • Any active free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.

We currently ship to the USA and Canada only. Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.

Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping outside the USA and Canada at this time.

Duties and Taxes (Canada Orders)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
These fees are not included at checkout and may be billed separately by your country’s customs authority.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with visible external damage, you may refuse the shipment and notify us immediately at sales@arcticluxe.com.

If you accept delivery and later discover damage, please email us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.

We will review and work toward a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Once approved, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping cost.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.
